Getting removed

Anyone can ask to be removed from our data, whether or not they are in it. We suppress the identifiers you give us so the record is excluded from every future build.

What we can and cannot do

• We can stop a record appearing in files we cut from the point of the request.
• We cannot recall files already delivered to a buyer. Purchasers are contractually required to honour suppression requests they receive directly.

How to request it

To be published — an email address and a web form, both monitored, with a stated response time.

Requests we receive elsewhere

A stop request received on any channel is applied to a shared suppression list across every product, not just the file it came from.
