Your own outreach, for business purposes. Redistribution, resale or sublicensing of delivered records is prohibited.

Not a consumer report

Our data products are not consumer reports and are not provided for any purpose under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. You must not use them as a factor in establishing eligibility for credit, insurance, employment or housing.

Your compliance obligations

You are solely responsible for how you contact anyone in a delivered file, including consent, do-not-call obligations, dialer configuration and applicable state and federal law.

Delivery, replacement and refunds

Governed by the replacement policy. Delivered data is replaced rather than refunded.
