Privacy policy

Draft for legal review. The structure below reflects what a data business selling business-contact records has to address. The specifics need counsel.

Information we collect

From visitors: what you submit through the enquiry form, and standard server and analytics data. From data sources: business and business-owner contact information that forms our product.

Sole proprietors are individuals

A meaningful share of small-business contact data belongs to sole proprietors, which means a business cell can be personal information under state privacy law. California’s business-to-business exemption lapsed on 1 January 2023, so B2B contact data is not outside the CCPA on that basis. Counsel must confirm scope and the data-broker registration position before launch.

How we use it

To fulfil orders, to operate and secure the site, and to respond to enquiries.

Disclosure

Records in our data products are disclosed to purchasers. Enquiry-form submissions are not sold and are not added to any product.

Your rights

Access, deletion, correction and opt-out of sale or sharing, subject to applicable state law. See Do not contact for the fastest route to suppression.

Retention and security

To be specified with counsel.
