Where the data comes from

The first question anyone who has been burned asks, and the one most vendors answer with “proprietary sources”. That answer usually means bought from somebody who bought it from somebody.

Who we are

[Owner wording needed] A short, plain paragraph on who runs this and what else they do in the industry. Worth stating rather than leaving to inference — the connection is easy to find, and saying it first costs nothing.

How a record gets to you

  1. 01

    Source

Each product page names where that product’s records originate — public record, inbound enquiry, or an identified acquired file.

  2. 02

    Deduplicate

Against the rest of the build, and against what you have already bought from us.

  3. 03

    Enrich

Contact append where the source record is thin. Appended fields are identified as appended.

  4. 04

    Suppress

Anything on our internal do-not-contact list comes out before the file is cut.

  5. 05

    Scrub

Federal do-not-call scrub on the products sold as scrubbed, with the date recorded. Send your own list and we will run it too.

  6. 06

    Deliver

In the layout you actually use, with the field dictionary, so nobody has to guess what a column means.

What we are not

We sell business contact data. We are not a consumer reporting agency and nothing we sell is a consumer report. Our files are not to be used as a factor in deciding anyone’s eligibility for credit, insurance or employment. If that is what you need, buy it from someone regulated to sell it.

Your side of it

How you contact a merchant is your call and your exposure. We tell you what we scrubbed and when; we do not certify your calling practices, your consent posture or your dialer configuration. Send us your own suppression list and we will run it against your file before delivery.
